The Role

Our Corporate Office in the beautiful inner city suburb of Wooloowin has an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and well presented Customer Service Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for the corporate front-of-house presentation of Mercy Community Services and first-point-of-contact for current and prospective clients, families, service providers, stakeholders and staff.

We are seeking a team member who has attention to detail, is professional and people-focused and is dedicated to quality, individualised support and team work. This is a permanent full-time position needs a person who is able to hit the ground running.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Knowledge of basic accounts and petty cash processes, including transaction reconciliation.

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in customer service or reception.
  • Professional (business to business and business to customer) customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced ability to use computer IT systems; including MSOffice, databases and registers, and ERP systems.

What We Offer:

This permanent position offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with classification level 3 of the Social, Community, Home Care & Disability Services Award 2010. This includes the opportunity to increase your take-home pay by salary sacrificing up to $15,900 per annum and other benefits.
