As a Part-Time (30 hours p/w) Sales Consultant for our Haymarket store, you will help our Medibank customers choose the perfect cover for themselves and their families.You will be a part of a strong and supportive team that puts our Customers first and be flexible with working on Saturdays. Exploring to understand our customers’ needs and providing them with peace of mind around their health.You will deliver awesome customer experiences that result in strong customer advocacy, building confidence in our products and services. You will ensure our customers leave our stores better informed, better off and better supported by Medibank.Our team is determined and motivated to reach individual, store and company targets.Key responsibilities include: Finding sales opportunities in each customer interaction by providing solutions to our customers needs;Making health insurance simple and easy for our customers to understand;Ensuring all daily KPI’s in relation to customer service, sales and retention activities are met; andProactively seeking new business relationships while maintaining high levels of customer service.About YouYou have a solid background in sales and are capable of connecting with a diverse range of customers. You are looking to work with an iconic brand and are passionate and dedicated to delivering a strong customer and sales experience.You present as a highly motivated and engaged sales professional who thrives on a ‘sales through service’ culture.
