We don’t just talk about great care – we deliver it. We currently have a vacancy for a committed and experienced Office Administrator at our Glasshouse Views facility located in Beerwah, Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise and develop your skills and be part of a dynamic team. This is a part time position with anticipated hours of work being approximately 30 hours per fortnight across Monday to Friday; however the successful candidate will need to have flexibility to work additional or full time hours for relief coverage, or as required. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in a broad range of administrative functions including rostering, payroll, data entry, accounting, basic HR administration, reception, preparation of correspondence, minutes and reports. You will also have advanced computer skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, professional presentation and a current drivers licence as there may be a requirement to travel to other McKenzie Aged Care sites.
