The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Support person to be a part of the Rolling Stock and Mechanical Design Unit at Burwood within Sydney Trains.

This position plays a key role in providing Business and Administration support to Line Managers and relevant staff within an assigned Business unit. In this role you will ensure the delivery of quality service levels are maintained for internal and external customers.
We are looking for an Administration Support person who:

• Works collaboratively across all levels
• Has demonstrated experience in providing administrative support with minimal supervision
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and databases
