About the role

The successful Client Service Consultant will be comfortable working in a fast moving and ever changing environment. Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a supportive, high performing team you will be responsible for;

  • Receiving and / or initiating calls to advisers or clients and providing an exceptional client experience on each call
  • Continuous learning of technical aspects of core and specialised retail products
  • Identifying leads, value-adds and solutions for our advisers and clients
  • Taking ownership of client queries and using your industry knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and solve problems
  • Providing feedback and influencing the sales and product team to help drive innovation; and
  • Exceeding service quality standards and striving for continuous process improvement.

About You

You will have previous experience as a Client Service Consultant, and be able to demonstrate a customer centric approach and a history of consistently providing exceptional client service at all times. Your strong achievement drive and commitment will help the team realise challenging business goals.

  • Experience in a similar role and an understanding of a call centre environment
  • Professional communication skills, able to clearly explain complex concepts over the phone
  • Tertiary qualification (ideally in Business / Economics / Accounting / Finance) and a willingness to learn and develop your financial services skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Able to adapt to change with ease and be resilient to cope with challenging tasks
  • RG146 compliant or willingness to undertake training
