The Role

With a focus on driving the strategic direction of the Waste Operations business unit, this position will work closely with the Coordinator Waste on the development and delivery of operational programs with a strong focus on continuous improvement initiatives. The position will be required to report on and undertake audits relating to all aspects of waste operational work, identifying areas for improvement. The role is also responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient delivery of day to day operations ranging from litter collection around Port and South Hedland to Municipal waste collection from verges and public open spaces, ensuring a high service delivery throughout the town. Our ideal candidate is proactive, focused, and driven and comes with supervisory skills as well as proven experience in the waste industry.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role. Candidates will also be required to possess the relevant qualifications/experience/licences as outlined in the position description.
