About the Role:
We have a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate candidate to join our South Sydney team as a Property Analyst. This role will work across three business divisions giving you the ideal opportunity to learn and grow within the team. Providing analytical support and contributing to the growth and strategy of the department your objective first and foremost will be to support the negotiation and sales process via our CRM database.
You will provide support to our team with a focus on property and sales analysis including database management, sourcing and analysing of data from a range of channels, to assisting with the coordination of submissions and campaigns; you can ensure no two days will be the same!
This role will foster your development in the property industry, keep you abreast of the market activity and give you scope to really take ownership and make it your own.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Effective CRM management
  • Conducting research, financial analysis, market analysis, and other tasks as required assist the transaction process
  • Coordinating communications between departments within Knight Frank
  • Competitors analysis
  • Prepare data for submissions, promotional material and presentations
  • Assist and keep up to date with commercial and industrial sales and leasing listings
  • Preparation of residential sites analysis papers

About you:The successful candidate will have:

  • Must have relevant tertiary qualifications in the property industry
  • 12 to 18 months experience in the property industry or an analytical role
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages – particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • The ability to build effective relationships at all levels
  • Flexibility and the willingness to work as part of a high performance team
  • Capable of managing a number of tasks or projects simultaneously

This is a highly analytical role, you will need a good head for numbers and processing large amounts of data and a genuine interest in the property industry is a must, but above all you should be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and have a desire to contribute to the success of the business.
