About the role

Right now we’re on the
lookout for a Knowledge Officer/Training Support Officer to support
our Customer Service Team at Murdoch. As the newest member of the
Kleenheat team, you’ll report to our Customer Service Trainer
and be responsible for building and supporting a knowledge
management system and provide support to the Customer Service
Trainer by conducting refresher training.

This will include:
Ensure safety remains priority number one.

Mapping out the customer journey and identifying daily
activities of the Agents to identify key requirements.

Identify opportunities for automating manual
processes.

Maintain a framework of the Knowledge Management System
ensuring the structure and navigation is effective.

Identify and develop new business opportunities with new
and existing clients to enable growth and maximise
margins.

Facilitate training to the Customer Service Team to ensure
that documentation is understood and improved.

Coach and support Customer Service Officers’ in the
business to develop new material, and improve quality of
existing documentation.

To excel in the role you’ll need the right mix of skills

and experience, which for this position means:
Previous experience in contact centre operations.

Strong influencing and collaboration skills across internal
stakeholders.

Committed to delivering a quality differentiated experience
to all customers.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey and
explain information, coherently and confidently both verbally
and in writing.

Willingness to learn, flexibility and the ability to be a
good team player.
