Calling on major OEM’s and key Distributors across the Automotive sector, eg. Truck manufacturers, throughout Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory, in this role will see you maximizing sales/profit opportunities to an existing well established client base as well as proactively promoting products and services to new customers.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will include;

  • Maximising sales and profit opportunities by visiting existing and new customers to achieve or exceed OEM sales/profit budgets
  • Activation of new accounts and reactivation of inactive accounts
  • Coordinate joint call program to customers with suppliers and appropriate state and national support staff
  • Assisting with the follow up of quotes
  • Participate in expos, trade show and field days as required

To ensure your transition into the role is as smooth as possible, you will possess the following;

  • Knowledge of industrial products including Bearings, Power Transmission, Lubrication and the OEM Automotive markets across the above mentioned States
  • Knowledge of experience within the Trucking industry
  • Demonstrated direct sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills and a high level customer focus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills
  • The ability to travel
