Our client, based in East Perth is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and well presented Administrator Officer who is competent in a fast paced environment.

About the Position:
As the Administrator Officer you will be involved in performing a wide range of administration duties and responsibilities. This is a demanding role that will see you ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner to the clients specifications.

This is Temporary Position with a view to go permanent for the right candidate – 40hrs per week. Monday – Friday.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

General Administration Duties
Answering all incoming and outgoing calls and emails promptly and professionally
Accurate Data Entry
Assisting with timesheeting
Data Checking

Processing supplier invoices About the right person:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take this role on and work as part of a team to provide excellent support and manage their busy workflow effectively.

In order to be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in Administration within the Electrical Industry
Tech Savvy and able to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service
Proactive approach and good use of initiative
Ability to prioritise and meet objectives
SIMPRO Experience – Not Essential but Advantageous
