  • The Opportunity
    We have an exciting opportunity for a Scheme Compliance Manager to be a part of our Concessions team within Transport for NSW. This position plays a key role in establishing concession policies and overseeing the execution of scheme compliance and enforces compliance measures to address and mitigate misuse.
    We are looking for a Manager who can model good leadership to inspire direction and delivery, develop people, and drive change. Reporting to the Principal Manager Concessions you will develop, improve and maintain Transport for NSW’s policy and protocols relevant to the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with the terms and conditions of concession schemes to address and mitigate misuse and non-compliance.

    As the Scheme Compliance Manager you will be required to monitor compliance of scheme beneficiaries with the terms and conditions of concession schemes and liaise with relevant staff or authorities to ensure that compliance issues are investigated and addressed. To be successful within the role you will understand legal issues so as not to compromise possible future legal actions undertaken by TfNSW and/or RMS.
