We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join the team at Dyno Nobels Bajool site, 20mins South of Rockhampton. Your goal will be to provide support services for Site in a timely, accurate and relevant manner.
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will be an integral part of the team fostering excellent relationships that will be considered when key decisions are made.
Having worked in a similar role with competing demands, you will be proficient in a range of software applications (Microsoft Suite, Outlook and SAP essential) with impeccable attention to detail, and demonstrated organisational skills.
This is a 5/2 residential roster and it is expected that the successful applicant live within the region.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain excellent administrative and organisational skills including accurate data entry
Adhere to all Company HSE policies and procedures
Organise site training & induction requirements for visitors and contingent labour hire
Manage all site related purchasing requirements
Manage site inventory control and work orders for repairs
Manage all internal and external training records ensuring overall compliance
Raise purchase requisitions as required through SAP
Manage AN & HE dispatch/incoming processing
Management of site data (Spreadsheets) for reports to various departments within the business
Complete end of month reporting – Inventory, HSE, Management, DNRM, SHAERS Sustainability
Oversee effective document control – JSA’s, Risk Assessments, PTW
This is a true “all-rounder” Site Administration role requiring the management of a variety of complex administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate across multi -levels of the organisation and will demonstrate the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
