Our Federal Government client is seeking to grow their support operations and require dedicated Processing Officers with strong administration, processing, quality checking, auditing and compliance experience to process high volumes of applications.

Processing Officer responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing application forms, applying decision making and recommendation skills
  • Work closely with regulations, guidelines and procedures to resolve outstanding matters
  • Ability to follow up tasks and request for extra information
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) in a high volume screen based processing environment
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to provide high quality outcomes as per client expectations
  • Strong time management skills, takes ownership and leadership for their work

Requirements:

  • Baseline Security Clearance, essential
  • Professional and mature with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail in areas of administration processing and compliance
  • Ability to take in detailed and confidential information in a discreet manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 2010, specifically with Word and Excel
  • Proficient in typing with high accuracy
