    This global pharmaceutical giant is looking for an administration all-rounder to join a growing team of clinical administrators. With distributors across Europe, America and Asia-Pacific this name is synonymous with quality. Our client is a dominant producer of generic pharmaceuticals with a diverse contribution to health services across Australia.

    About the opportunity

    Work in beautifully appointed offices based in Macquarie Park and be part of a team that supports the frontline workforce, reporting directly to the Service Operations manager. Use your ability to problem solve and work at a fast pace to maintain incoming enquiries, coordinate logistics and personnel, maintain internal booking systems and support the various functions and activities of the Marketing Department, and broader business.

    Responsibilities

    • Point of contact for Professional Services enquiries
    • Coordinate delivery and maintenance of all existing Professional Services to ensure smooth and successful uptake and implementation at store level
    • Manage stock levels of marketing materials and consumables for Health Awareness Clinics
    • Assist as necessary in the development and roll out of new Professional Services programs
    • Assist with compilation of expenses incurred through Professional Services and timely processing of invoices to accounts payable
    • Maintain Professional Services data bases and systems to assist in reporting and data integrity
    • Assist in approval process and implementation of new marketing materials
    • Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards

    Skills and Experience

    • 2 – 3 years experience in a corporate environment.
    • Skilled problem Solver.
    • Customer service experience.
    • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft excel and Word.
