About the role

As the Project & Administrative Manager you will be responsible for driving key project initiatives across the Call Centre whilst ensuring to provide full administrative support to the wider team. You will build strong relationships across the business and will be an integral support to you team.

You will be responsible for the following;

  • Administrative tasks associated with Operation WOW. Reviewing / escalating / reassigning alerts
  • Updating databases to ensure staff information is up to date.
  • Reviewing results and reports and providing summaries.
  • Reviewing alerts and providing insights, identifying trends
  • Responding to staff / customer issues and enquiries
  • Supporting other customer service with membership work as required
  • Implementation of improvements to the program
  • Maintaining staff and customer communications
  • Producing reports
  • Support with training of new starters and
  • Stakeholder communication of changes / improvements to the program
  • Support and participate in projects using an appropriate and agreed methodology
  • Complete project work, tasks, testing and documentation within agreed time and budget

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
