Overview of the position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to join our client who is a well known market leading resources organisation. Playing an integral part in our clients upcoming graduate hiring campaign, this busy position will involve screening advert response, phone screening applicants, organising interviews and assisting in facilitating assessment centres. Ongoing administration and document support for the positions will also be required.

Attributes/ experience

As a Recruitment Specialist you will ideally have experience in:

  • Graduate hiring and bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Assessment centres
  • Exceptional stakeholder management ability
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven commitment to candidate and client care, teamwork and a professional attitude
