Our Recycled Oils business – Auscol – is a specialist in the environmentally responsible collection and recycling of used cooking oils and fats. The Auscol system is designed to give you the peace of mind that you are disposing of your used cooking oil and fats in the most environmentally responsible manner. We are pioneers in the development of on-site hygienic bulk and utilizing environmentally friendly vacuum tankers. About the role
Exciting opportunity for an immediate starter to commence in this role ASAP for a 6-month contract with the view to go permanent. This role is pivotal in supporting the business development and account management teams in ensuring customer satisfaction, and retention of existing customers providing exemplary customer service both over the phone and on email for Auscol on a National basis. In addition, ensuring the transport operations remain compliant around safety, process and procedures for fleet and drivers alike. Addressing schedule changes, problem solving, dealing with customer complaints and new customer queries form part of your day to day responsibilities.
You will present with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics or waste collection within high volume delivery. With your customer focused attitude, you will exceed at delivering excellence for the customer. In this phone based role, you will showcase your ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced, demanding environment with high attention to detail. You will be a strong communicator with strong influencing skills.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have:
• Fleet and Driver Management
• Scheduling management
• Resourceful and ability to think swiftly
• Oils and Fats knowledge
• Experience in oil recycling, trucking or storage – highly regarded.
