The opportunity…
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our Ashdown-Ingram family at the Caboolture branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager we are interested in candidates who are enthusiastic about customer service, who take pride in their work and enjoy working as part of a team. As our Automotive Parts Interpreter you are the first point of contact with our customers in person and over the phone consulting and assisting them with product information and queries. Your key focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction whilst maximising sales in a team oriented environment – your role is crucial to our team. To be successful you must enjoy working with others, solving problems and delivering high-quality customer service. Your genuine interest in the industry is obvious and you are committed in working together to continually raise the bar for your branch.
Skills & Experience you need to have…
Ideally you will have experience in the automotive aftermarket and/or parts interpreting experience, with a focus on auto-electrical components. Your passion for great customer service and sales will be complimented by strong communication skills and a team-focussed attitude.
Candidates with limited sales experience should not be discouraged as training is available for those with a strong technical knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry.
