A rare opportunity has presented in growing our Human Resources team. As the HR Officer, you will support the Manager HR with effective delivery of HR functions. The key activities with this role are to: Coordinate the identification & advertising of our recruitment needs; Undertake activities in short-listing candidates, undertaking interviews & drafting Recommendation Reports; Assist with on-boarding process; Assist with management of Work, Health & Safety; Assist with review & updating of Human Resources documentation including our operational policies & procedures. You will need to demonstrate: Minimum 12 months relevant work experience in in-house recruitment knowledge & capability; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all team members; Ability to work with limited direction; Clear communication in writing, by phone & face to face; Discretion & confidential at all times.

Special conditions
