    The opportunity We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to assume responsibility for sourcing and attracting high calibre talent for all scientific and support staff across the Institute.

    This is a hands on role and will be responsible for providing full cycle recruitment support across the various divisions of the Institute. In addition, the role provides HR advice and support to a client group within the Institute. This role is offered as a full time role and will be for an initial 2 year period.

    About you The successful candidate will be an experienced Internal Recruiter with HR advisory experience and will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

    • Solid recruitment experience managing end to end recruitment, preferably in professional services, academia, pharma/science or similar environment
    • Demonstrated experience in using a range of sourcing and selection techniques and on-boarding of employees
    • Solid understanding and experience in general HR policies and processes
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Experience in developing and presenting material on HR information and programs Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels
    • Be a professional who can exercise sound judgement and integrity
    • Experience in HRIS including candidate management systems
    • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
