Our client, a well-established organisation are actively recruiting for a highly experienced and multi-skilled Business Analyst to work on a 6-month contract opportunity.

The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for a full range of business analysis activities, including, business process modelling, business case development, business requirements elicitation, analysing, developing and documenting effective business requirements and system specification.

They are looking for a BA who will successfully contribute to both of the streams that are mentioned below:

Stream 1:

The selected candidate will be responsible in documenting functional and data requirements to support the re-engineering of various system interfaces.

Skills required are as follows:
Data analysis and Datamodelling concepts
Demonstrated knowledge of relational database design and languages
Broad understanding of a wide variety of system integration concepts, solutions and tools eg ETL, FTP, RPC, web services, APIs, pub/sub, ESB
Understanding of data management and how it relates to different types reporting requirements ie Operational, management, analytics

Stream 2:
The selected candidate will document the functional requirements and business process design to support the replacement of numerous manual business processes manual business processes with both existing system functionality and rollout of new workflow management functionality.

Skills required are as follows:
Automated system workflow management
Business Process Automation
BPMN 2.0
Extensive knowledge of all phases of the SDLC including strategic planning processes and change management principles and practices.

Below are the general requirements:
A degree in Computer Science, Business Technology or other relevant qualifications
Relevant and current industry certifications in business analysis
Proven experience in preparing reports
Advanced problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement
