The primary responsibility of this permanent full time position is to coordinate incoming and outgoing assets for the marketing team – including but not limited to advertising creative, key art and DVD / Blu-ray sleeves, digital platform artwork, video content, images and social media assets. This role will also provide support to the broader marketing team in a variety of tasks.

Primary Duties Include:

  • Work closely with eOne design agencies to coordinate the end-to-end creation process of all DVD, Blu-ray and digital artwork and packaging design
  • Support senior marketing staff, coordinating a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to copywriting, mail outs, database maintenance, and the distribution of marketing materials / assets to external partners
  • Provide updates and strategic recommendations to the marketing team regarding usage and distribution of video content across advertising, publicity, social media and retail marketing for film and TV campaigns
  • Coordinate and deliver advertising artwork, with the process including creative brainstorming, liaison with external agencies, sourcing specs, managing the third party approvals, and delivery
  • Coordinate marketing assets – including but not limited to presentations, flyers, images and logos
  • Coordinate the sourcing and distribution of merchandise / media drops, and the fulfilment of promotional prizing
  • Create written content for the home entertainment website and regular eDM
  • Proactively contribute to overall campaign planning with contacts, ideas and updates

Ideally the successful applicant will possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience, preferably within advertising or marketing
  • The ability to work autonomously (managing tasks end-to-end and problem solving) and also within a team
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail, particularly in written communication / proof reading
  • An existing knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) advertising & video content terminology / specs
  • An eye for design and the ability to think visually
  • The ability to think creatively, identify opportunities and contribute ideas
  • An interest in the media / marketing industry and a passion for film & TV
  • Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Basic Photoshop skills (preferred, not essential)
