Service Victoria are working to deliver a customer service system around what Victorians want and need, rather than what works for government. We know people want easier access to government transactions, including online options. Our current focus is on building a digital platform to make it easier and more convenient for Victorians to manage their interaction with government departments and agencies.

Service Victoria has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Technical Architect. This role is to work with stakeholders to specify, design, select, and implement appropriate ICT solutions that align with the needs of Service Victoria’s strategic roadmap. You will be required to drive the development of business, technical, and solution architectures with input from management, vendors, customer engagement and delivery teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for a policy professional. The Policy Advisor position is part of a small team advising on legal and policy issues surrounding the development and implementation of Service Victoria’s service delivery. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to contribute to policy work on issues associated with digital customer service delivery, particularly in relation to emerging issues such as identity management, data sharing, security and privacy.
