Reception Services Officer, Reception Services Reception Services is often the first point of contact for people seeking support from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). The Reception Services Officer plays a critical role in navigating new and existing clients efficiently and effectively through the service system and delivering a service consistent with the requirements of the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic), the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic), the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act (2006) and the Client Charter.
