Passenger Attendant – Sydney Central – 000057XW

  • PASAT0 $52,843 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation, applicable allowances and annual leave loading

The opportunity
NSW TrainLink is currently seeking motivated, customer service focused individuals to fill a number of Passenger Attendant positions that have become vacant at Central Station.

The Passenger Attendant undertakes a range of on-board functions with a sound knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines. Such functions include customer service and on-board cleaning. The Passenger Attendant completes designated tasks with guidance and supervision and in accordance with the NSW TrainLink Food Safety Program.

This position plays a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers travelling on NSW TrainLink services and reports to an On-board Team Leader.

The nature of this role entails varying shift times and being away from home for a few days at a time due to travelling to locations such as Canberra, Armidale, Grafton and Albury then back to Sydney. Allowances and overnight accommodation is paid when required to be away from home.
