The opportunity The Passenger Attendant undertakes a range of on-board functions with a sound knowledge of policies, procedures and guidelines. Such functions include customer service and on-board cleaning. The Passenger Attendant completes designated tasks with guidance and supervision. We are looking for a Passenger Attendant who has extensive experience in a customer service environment, has the ability to carry out manual handling duties and meets the required level of fitness as required for a Rail Safety Worker Category 2. About us We provide intercity, regional and interstate rail and coach services for customers travelling between Sydney and the Hunter, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Illawarra and South Coast regions, as well as Regional services around NSW and to Brisbane, Canberra and Melbourne.
