About the Role

The Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Real Estate team is growing and we need an experienced Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to be part of our success. You will be an invaluable pro-active team member supporting activities across finance, marketing and administration.

Reporting to the Director, you will undertake the following duties:
Assist in the preparation and coordination of marketing brochures and appraisals, advertising boards and adhoc marketing requests
Support marketing campaigns and submissions
Manage the team’s diary and meeting requirements
Manage PO requests and invoices
Prepare relevant sales documentation and letters
Assist with adhoc administrative tasks for the team such as editing and formatting documents
Improving processes and templates
About You

You will be an experienced administrator with a background in supporting dynamic fast paced teams. You will demonstrate ambition and initiative working within a corporate professional environment. The successful candidate will possess the below skills and attributes:
Administration experienced ideally in a marketing or PA function
Experience working in Real Estate teams ideally within a Corporate/Commercial environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
You will possess fantastic initiative that drives you to pre-empt your next task
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience using InDesign is preferred but training can be provided
Experience using JD Edwards would be an advantage but training can be provided
Highly organised, flexible and supportive nature.
Professional work ethic and excellent presentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with senior members of staff.
