The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR/IR Coordinator to join CPB Contractors, initially working on the WestConnex M4 East Project based in Burwood, Sydney but with future opportunity to build your career within the CPB Contractors – Tunnelling business on our major projects around Australia.

As an integral member of the HR/IR team, you will support the team in in the implementation and administration of HR & IR systems and processes through exposure to and involvement in various Project activities.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has recently graduated and is degree qualified in a relevant qualification eg Business, Commerce or Psychology with a HR or IR major
  • Ideally, has undergraduate or postgraduate work experience in HR/IR
  • Has experience which demonstrates strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Has a passion for HR/IR and a desire to grow your career by getting your boots dirty in a fast paced, highly challenging environment
  • Will be flexible to adapt to project environments, and has a desire to relocate around Australia for projects as required
