The Court Services Victoria Act 2014 established Court Services Victoria (CSV) as a statutory public sector body, comprising of all Victorian courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) and the Judicial College of Victoria.

This role is available at VCAT, which contains 4 Divisions to offer a streamlined service in dealing with a range of disputes. It aims to be accessible to the community and deliver a fair and efficient dispute resolution service. Working within the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, this role plays an integral part in supporting the efficient running of the Tribunal by conducting end to end processing of matters across jurisdictions. Duties include initiating matters, creating files, creating and sending notices of hearings, receiving and actioning correspondence, typing files, typing orders and finalising files. The role also supports the Team Leader in achieving the aims and objectives of the Tribunal by assisting with the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives designed to improve Tribunal operations.
