    We are looking for an Area Manager to grow the Central New South Wales Industrial Gases region and enhance the Coregas brand by leading, motivating and enabling the Coregas Industrial sales team to achieve individual sales targets through effective account management and fostering profitable new business development opportunities. Along with leading the team, you will be responsible for a portfolio/region where you will lead by example and demonstrate what it means to be a successful Sales Representative.

    As a Central NSW Industrial Area Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Territory sales management of your own field sales territory
    • Supporting new business development activates
    • Providing leadership and direction to Industrial Sales team
    • Managing the team’s performance against budgets
    • Actively managing communication and implementation of price increases and develop sound costing models, that ensure commercially sound contracts and maximise profitability
    • Implementing sales & product strategies to maintain and increase market share
    • Producing proposals, tenders, quotations and contract documents
    • Manage major accounts and ensure customer service levels are met

    The customer base is in a B2B environment so you will likely succeed in this role and be comfortable with our customers, if you have a trade background or knowledge in the gas or welding field. You will need to have proven people management experience and a solid understanding of the sales process and margin management, and of course be great at building positive sustainable relationships with our customers.
