The End User Support Analyst will act as a point of contact for our clients’ employees, responding to service requests in a professional, timely and effective manner.
Your role will be responsible for minimising the negative impact IT issues may have on productivity and performance.
Provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd level support.
Install, maintain and service computer related products.
Provide quality customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Accurately record and track employee incident requests.
Effectively troubleshoot and investigate service requests.
Document and record known issues and errors.
To be considered, you MUST have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering IT and customer service support.
Sound knowledge related to software, hardware, network and installations.
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management methodologies.
Experience with a Windows environment.
Networking knowledge covering LAN, VLAN, WAN and VPN technologies.
To be successful, applicants MUST have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
Proven ability in being customer and stakeholder focused.
