Key duties include: answering incoming calls, coordinate travel bookings, ordering stationery, coordinating new starters and employee training, expense reconciliation, assist with PowerPoint presentations and general office support.

his is a “hands on” role and requires the successful candidate to have superior communication skills and an immaculate presentation as well as excellent attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years solid corporate administration experience is essential providing Reception/Administration support, combined with a friendly, vibrant and approachable disposition.
