The Executive Assistant provides high level organisational and management support to the Director Clinical Services, Gosford.

The Executive Assistant works with the Director Clinical Services, Gosford by coordinating the management functions of their Portfolio. The management function is challenging and this role will play a proactive and integral part in ensuring that administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner Availability for duties across all facilities within Central Coast Local Health District is a requirement of the position.

Selection Criteria
Previous experience in the provision of high level administrative support at a senior level within a health care or similar setting.

Demonstrated high level organisational skills, including the ability to work independently, time prioritise and manage heavy workload in order to successfully manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Proven problem solving using judgement and discretion when addressing complex and sensitive issues.

Demonstrated experience drafting and/or reviewing correspondence for senior officers, in an accurate and timely manner in preparation.

Experience in Corporate Records management or willingness to be trained in eg TRIM.

Demonstrated advanced computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office (including Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint) email and the internet.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders.
