Cardno’s Administration team in Melbourne is now looking to recruit an experience Corporate Receptionist in a complete and varied role.

Currently we are looking to take on an experienced
ready to take on the challenge of being the face of the company in an exciting and varied role.
Whilst being a being a driven and influential individual, you will play an integral role in assisting with the coordination and efficient running of the Melbourne office Reception area. Responsibilities include:
Greet and attend to clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure calls are managed using the phone manager application.
Oversee distribution of incoming and tracking of outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers and faxes).
Maintain correspondence registers (visitor, access card, car park).
Manage company car and meeting room bookings and records.
Conduct account reconciliation, expenses reporting and general administration duties to assist the Victorian Administration Manager.
Organise catering for extraordinary meetings and staff functions.
Assist Business Units with monthly invoicing and perform other relevant financial processes in peak periods.
Extensive in-house training provided through the use of Cardno University.

You are a self-motivated character looking to impact and drive the business, having demonstrated the following:
Preferably a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within an administration/reception role in a corporate environment.
Strong administration and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task.
Reliable, organised, a team player with a pro-active and discreet approach to work
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Work in a modern central Melbourne office with excellent facilities and entertaining areas, a fully equipped gymnasium all within a short walk to public transport and surrounded by cafés and restaurants including the historic Queen Victoria Market.
