The Role:
Working in a team of Business Development/Sales professionals you will be responsible for acquiring infrastructure and real estate assets.

Responsibilities:
You will generate new leads , focusing on establishing new accounts, using your network and relationships. You will coordinate and direct all sales activities using a consultative approach during the sales cycle, negotiating business terms and executing transactions with legal teams.
Additionally, you will manage each of your lease transactions from inception – submitting a proposal to a landlord, to getting a signed option agreement from the property owner, to closing and funding.

The Candidate:
We are looking for motivated business development, real estate or advertising professionals with experience in sales. You will have strong business development skills and experience in negotiating deals.

  • 5 + years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role
  • The ability to deal with sophisticated sellers
  • understanding of commercial real estate is a plus
