Ongoing – full time
Maintaining efficient and effective records and document management systems and associated procedures that meet corporate and best practice requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service will the ability identify and implement business improvements using the corporate EDRMS for the organisation.
Sound knowledge of contemporary EDRM processes and requirements, best practice procedures and applicable legislation ensuring adherence to relevant government policies and procedures.
Strong ability to work independently and alternate between project and business as usual work whilst being part of a team environment.

Primary purpose of the role:
The Senior Records Officer provides advice and support to the Records Manager on Records management (physical and digital), archiving, standards and business needs. The Senior Records Officer also assists in co-ordination of mail room activities. The Senior Records Officer assists in the day to day co-ordination of the Cluster’s Electronic Document Records Management (EDRM) team, core EDRM systems (Objective and TRIM) and other online electronic service delivery systems.
