Our client is a leading global automotive brand who is making major inroads in the Australian passenger vehicle market. We are currently seeking a customer service focused Technical Advisor for a six month contract. Based in our client’s head office, you will handle escalated calls from vehicle owners and other stakeholders to resolve vehicle technical issues and manage vehicle recall processes.
Automotive trade qualifications or a strong record in a Service Advisor role at a dealership are essential prerequisites to be considered.
In addition you will also possess the following attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Experience in dealing with difficult customer issues
Intermediate level of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Call Centre experience is highly regarded
