Reporting to the Global Head of HR based in London, we have an opportunity for an operationally focused HR Business Partner on a 6 month contract. Using your communication, coaching and HR expertise you will manage a multi-disciplinary client group across APAC.
Our approach is commercial, pragmatic and consultative. We have an open and collaborative culture within the team and across the business. HR have strong relationships and there will be opportunities to continue enhancing our HR offering.

Main activities

  • Leading your client groups through core HR processes and programs
  • Managerial support and coaching
  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment – supported by our Global Talent Specialist and local HR Administrator
  • Employee onboarding
  • Midyear performance and remuneration
  • Management reporting

To be successful in this role candidates will require:

  • Generalist HR experience at a business partnering level, ideally in technology or financial services
  • Experience partnering with and influencing business leaders
  • Good working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
  • Ability to build effective business relationships at various levels
  • Proactive, hands on approach
  • Ability to resolve complex issues
  • Adaptable and forward thinking
