    The role :

    As first point of contact, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, assisting with internal sales and providing support to a small team within the branch.

    Duties include :

    • Attending to all telephone calls.
    • Providing product information to customers.
    • Identifying customer specifications, requirements and product fitting dates.
    • Checking customer vehicles for fitting.
    • Order entry into Navision software.
    • Liaising with internal staff to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
    • Preparing sales invoices.
    • Ordering stationery as required.
    • Attending to website enquiries within 24hrs
    • Adhoc administration as required

    As the first point of contact, you demonstrate a bright, positive personality, a ‘nothing is too much’ attitude and have the ability to multi-task.
