We are currently seeking a Trainee High Risk Case Manager to join our team in Geelong. Our High Risk Case Managers are responsible for pro-actively managing a portfolio of Workcover claims with our customers being at the centre of all you do. This role is responsible for ensuring Allianz Workers Compensation internal and external customer expectations are exceeded through accurate and timely communication and processing of claims. You will also learn to play an important role in supporting an injured workers successful return to work.
This ‘Trainee’ role will allow the right candidate the opportunity to start a new career in Workers Compensation Case Management initially through a commitment to learning and development which will evolve into increased exposure to our day to day operations and hands on Case Management.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Ability to develop quickly and blend into a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven effective time management
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Contribute positively and comfortably in a strong Teamwork environment
- Advanced PC skills
An Allied Health or Occupational Rehabilitation background would be highly regarded.
