Opportunity for a Team Administrator with excellent administrative skills to grow and develop in a busy Programme Management Office (PMO) environment.

About the Role

The PMO Team Administrator will provide a high level of administrative support to all members of the ERP Program team in this 24 month contract. This varied administration role would suit a process orientated, confident, organised Team Administration/ EA who can support a busy IT Project team ensuring that the project requests are fulfilled to keep the programme on its critical path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Program control activities including PMO Processes and Tool support

  • Invoice and Purchase Order administration
  • Project resourcing onboarding and accommodation support
  • Manage and produce reports
  • Sharepoint management and administration
  • Support Program issues, risks and dependencies management
  • General administrative support

About You

  • Prior experience providing administrative support to a large team highly desirable

  • Excellent planning & organisational skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • High level skills in MS Office suite of tools
  • Internal stakeholder management skills including influencing and negotiating
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
  • High level skills in MS Office suite of tools
  • Intermediate skills in MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint, JIRA and Power BI
  • Ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with clients, stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Extremely pro-active/high level of initiative
  • Prior experience of working in a PMO environment highly desirable
