Objective
Lead an Operations Team chartered to ensure the operational effectiveness of the SAP CRM sales and marketing engine.

The charter of the CRM Operations Team is to improve the effectiveness of field sales and marketing teams and to leverage the information, processes and tools embedded in SAP CRM to support Agilent strategies. This team will identify opportunities to lead/support Agilent LSS and DGG business, improving the ease of use and effectiveness of lead generation/ opportunity management, support the regional CRM teams and prioritize enhancement opportunities. This team leads User Access for SAP CRM across function, SAP CRM Performance Period Setup and Customer Master Data by setting global standards for data quality and delivering customer master data for acquisition integrations. The team collaborates with IT to monitor/improve system performance and lead major service pack enhancement projects, as well as Enterprise Projects team in support of major Agilent initiatives with CRM touchpoints.

Primary Functions:
Maintains and improves SAP CRM Sales and Marketing engine and related tools.
Designs and prioritizes enhancements to SAP CRM to enable new Agilent Enterprise and Regional strategies.
Collaborates with related functions including the Quota Crediting/Territory, Regional Customer Master Data and Customer Operations Center Teams who either provide, use information in SAP CRM.
Leads the design of new processes to simplify SAP CRM operations, improve data integrity and updating SAP CRM master data.
Leads or supports the investigation, design, build and testing of new or enhanced solutions in support of the Sales Operations or other Global Operations functions as needed (e.g. Marketing Automation, Customer Master Data Architecture & Governance, and new CRM capabilities.)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, translates and communicates the day to day direction for the SAP CRM Operations Team.
Builds, leads coaches and develops SAP CRM operations team to peak performance.
Identify and deploy value-added improvements to SAP CRM tools/processes
Builds and leads a SAP CRM & Customer Master Operations Council to optimize the leverage of customer information and process capabilities of SAP CRM.
Measures and improves system performance and user satisfaction.
Builds relationship and alignment with Agilent Worldwide/Regional sales and marketing teams
Meets financial targets and productivity improvement goals
Builds and maintains SAP CRM dashboards with Key Business Indicators

Organizational Placement:
Reports to the Enterprise Projects & CRM Ops Manager
Works with related Global Operations teams such as Quota Crediting/Territories, Customer Operations Center (COpC), Global Operations Center of Excellence Teams and IT Solution and Support Teams for SAP CRM
Supports Regional Sales and Marketing Teams and Regional SAP CRM Support Teams
Collaborates as One Agilent with adjacent teams such as Services Operations Team, LSS Operations Team, DGG Operations Team, Customer Experience team among others for cross functional initiatives.

Qualifications:
Skills and Capabilities:
BS/MS Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Life Sciences, MBA or equivalent experience desired
3+ years combined people and project management experience with field operations initiatives and a proven track record of success in resource and relationship management skills.
Must have previous success in complex or global program management requiring gaining alignment and coordination across functions and geographies
Strong project / program management skills for executing complex projects in a One Agilent Culture to meet deliverables and milestones
Demonstrated successes in developing and executing business plans
Requires solid business acumen in sales/marketing/service and Agilent Channels knowledge, including functional SAP CRM Sales/Marketing knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team-effectiveness skills with virtual/cross functional/multi-cultural teams and business partners
Ability to demonstrate sound decision making and achievement/results oriented focus skills.
Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills
