We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for work one day a week from 11 am – 5 pm in our pleasant working environment in Brighton Victoria. Our office is close to the train station and we can provide free on-site parking.

To be successful in this position the candidate will need to be eager to learn all aspects of our office administration and possess:
Proficient computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills- written/verbal
Experience with a busy, high volume, demanding multi-tasking role with deadlines (or willing to be trained in such a role)
In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Telephone answering & email enquiries
Liason with the Director
Assisting Service Coordinator with the coordinating of jobs, as required
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Data Entry & Invoicing
Various other administration tasks as directed
