We are seeking an Experienced Administration Assistant for two days a week in Brighton.
Our office is close to public transport and their is free parking onsite.

Centrelink may check those who do not fulfill the requirements, do not appear for interviews or who have no intention of working seriously.

To be successful in this position the candidate will need to be eager to learn all aspects of our office administration and possess:

Proficient computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook

HAVE AT LEAST 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS ROLE

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Self motivation and ability to work under minimal supervision

Excellent organisation and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills- written/verbal

Experience with a busy, high volume, demanding multi-tasking role with deadlines (or willing to be trained in such a role)

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Reception Duties

Telephone answering & email enquiries

Filing

Liason with the Director

Assisting Service Coordinator with the coordinating of jobs, as required

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Payroll

Data Entry & Invoicing

WHS tasks

Various other administration tasks as directed
