Our client is a Brisbane South based company which provides Supply Chain solutions throughout Australia. A fantastic opportunity exists for an Admin Supervisor/ Office Manager to join the team, with a view to permanency after 3 months.
The Role

Responsibilities of this role include: supervising approx. 4 office staff, providing administrative support for the distribution process; maintaining client data and communication; processing and maintaining client accounts; and other Branch administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Business Manager, this role will work as part of a team in contributing towards the successful achievement of branch performance.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be capable of handling a high level of responsibility, and will possess the confidence to communicate with customers, managers and staff effectively.
To compliment your strong work ethic you must possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office with exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure whilst managing multiple demands.
Will have recent relevant experience in a similar position, and be available to start work as early as 7am, with the flexibility to work occasional overtime as required
