Due to an exciting growth and capability build phase, CMT is currently seeking experienced Lean Six Sigma (LSS) – Consultants to Manager (Green to Black Belt) to join our Management Consulting – Supply Chain & Operations team.

These roles requires SMEs who are agile and able to foster a collaborative, high performing culture and team. Key to success is the ability to drive new opportunities and proactively engage across the business to bring the best thought leadership to our clients and teams. A disciplined approach to planning and execution of Process Excellence / Lean Six Sigma projects , elements of presales, offering development and capability development activities is required.

Key responsibilities (depending on level) may include:
Lead/manage CMT Management Consulting – Operational Excellence / Lean Six Sigma p rojects/engagements

Engage with Supply Chain & Operations leadership on business problems and collaborate to bring effective solutions

Translate client problems into business requirements that can be transitioned into delivery functions for execution

Facilitate application and tools assessment for Operational Excellence / LSS processes

Ability to plan, design and implement LSS related strategies to drive business adoption

Develop articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes

Lead and manage high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes aligned to Time, Quality and Cost metrics Professional experience & qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience in a management consulting and/or corporate/industry environment, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Consulting

Business Improvement Consulting

Business Process Excellence

Process Mapping & Business Process Reengineering

Operations Management

Knowledge and experience in business transformation using Lean methodologies and best practices

Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of client assignment

Possess commercial acumen with ability to tailor solutions to enhance effectiveness and to identify valuable client development opportunities

Strategic mindset, project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

Ability to develop, maintain and influence strong internal and client relationships

Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skill

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree coupled with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
