Take the lead and establish your career with a dedicated team of creative and passionate staff looking to develop the artists of tomorrow. AMPA is currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistants to support the daily activities of this unique institution.
The main purpose of the role is to provide effective administration and reception support to the overall operation of AMPA. Candidates with a background or interest in music, dance, events and design will be looked upon favourably.
Regular responsibilities include:
Administrative support to various departments within the school, liaison with students and staff, support events coordination and marketing campaigns, data entry, reception, handling email and phone enquiries, project work, academic administration (attendance, results, examinations, etc.), letter writing and other tasks as directed by management.
- High level organisation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Articulate communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge or experience in the following areas but not limited to: Video/Multimedia/Design, Database/Student Management Systems, Marketing, Photography, etc
Salary is negotiable upon experience.
