Do you live locally and have experience working in a high volume inbound call centre?
Opportunity for a mature minded individual with good computer and problem solving skills to work in a high volume call centre.
This highly regarded international company values its employees and is looking to build up a team of quality employees who are able to work on a flexible basis.
The hours on offer are flexible, but you ideally you can work 3 or 4 full days per week or 4 or 5 days at reduced hours for example, 12-5pm or 10 to 3 pm.
In your role you will provide technical product support to the public and retail outlets. To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience in working in a high volume call centre, good keyboard skills, and outstanding communication ability and enjoy working in a team environment.
Experience gained working in a technical call centre environment is highly regarded or in an environment where you have had to deal with multiple products and scenarios.
